Beaded and Tufted Floral Earrings - Blue

These earrings were beaded on traditionally tanned moose hide using rare vintage and antique beads from Europe. They are very small beads from size 11/0 to 13/0 which makes the work more intricate, but it takes longer to bead them. I also used steel cut beads that were made before 1910 in France on the tips of each petal. The centre is a caribou hair that was hand dyed and tufted.

The back of the earring is smoked caribou hide.

These earrings are made with handmade sterling silver ear wire and light sterling silver chain.

Each weigh around 5 grams each for your comfort.
